Omg it's coming ....
Cooking feels hard when nobody ever actually taught you.
If you get nervous in the kitchen, that doesn't mean you're bad at cooking. It just means no one ever slowed down and showed you properly. That's why I started Cooking Skool. A community for anyone who was never taught to cook and wants to build confidence, one simple meal at a time. Here's how it works. Every week there's a simple recipe, a shopping list so you're not guessing, and a live demo you can cook along with (or catch the replay if life gets in the way). No jargon. No fancy techniques. Just clear, simple cooking. The goal is proper meals from scratch in under 30 minutes, even on the nights you can't be bothered. Come and be a founding member and lets build this community together. If that sounds like you, feel free to ask me anything about it in the comments.

The "nothing to cook" fridge game
Ever stood in front of your fridge with random bits and no idea what to make? So let's play a little game. Drop 2-3 ingredients you've got sitting in your fridge or cupboard right now (veg, meat, whatever) in the comments, and I'll reply with a quick idea using just a few everyday spices. A few things you'll notice once you try it: - Most Indian dishes only need a handful of spices, not a cupboard full - You can turn almost any veg or protein into something good with the right technique - It's way more forgiving than people think mistakes usually still taste fine - You'll stop wasting food because you'll always have an idea for what's in the fridge Drop your ingredients below and let's see what I can make 👇
