This is the best workout group I've ever been apart of! In just 2 months I've noticed major changes. Love handles & tummy is smaller, my thighs & arms are more toned, and my glutes are rounder & poke out more. I came in with a semi healed dislocated arm and torn ligaments in both ankles. My arm was off by 15 degrees and now since being a part of this camp it is now down to 8 degrees! Thankful for a coach that give modifications and motivation that doesn't only apply to the gym but life as well!!
