I practice for 1 to 2 hours daily according to task. Also do walking Jaap. During the course, I experienced vibrations, pressure, negative dreams, fear, and pain in body. Also gained a lot of clarity regarding God and religion. I have become very strong mentally and emotionally. During this time, I faced many challenges like distraction , consistency issues, fear, negativity and with the guidance of Mahendra Sir, I overcame those challenges. And I am very thankful to God that I got such a Guru Mahendra Sir ji who helped me a lot in expanding my spiritual journey and solving the problems of my life.
