I went from working at McDonald’s and Warehouse jobs to running an SMMA doing $48K/mo at the age of 19 and all it took was locking in for 1 year. ALOT can change in 1 year however you must stay focused, you need to work hard and prioritise the grind. There is no light without dark, I see a lot of people with “daddy’s money” who were given everything to them on a silver platter. And I’m thankful, I’m grateful that I was raised in a small bungalow In Latvia with our family having absolute ZERO. Because now I look back on it, and I can say that I did this myself. If a kid with a dream from Latvia can do it, you can too❤️

I have 2 closers now, and I have added 2 seats on Calendly and trying to make sure that their calls don't overlap on the same Calendly account as certain time slots won't be booked in due to 1 sales rep having a Calendly event at the same time. Does anybody know how to resolve that?

So me and my business partner started an agency a while back and in the past few weeks/months we've been able to scale to over 30+ clients. It's going really well, and through trial and error we've really been able to crack the code when it comes signing new clients and service delivery in the niche we are currently in.
