Hiiii! This isn't really related to nurse coaching (or is it???) but I need to state that I am not okay after the Stranger Things finale!!! Like what a sweet and tender ending to such a kickass show!? 🥹 The only parallel I can really draw between nursing and the ST world is that working in the traditional bedside RN role in U.S. healthcare is like being in the Upside Down and I feel like the main ST cast represents the Nurse Coaching movement and the badass nurse coaching community behind it! Maybe this is unhinged, but really just some honest thoughts and truly just so sad the show is over 😪 and this was a fun way to process/conceptualize what a better healthcare world can look like.
