We don’t need the AI version of you. We need the one God created. The woman underneath all the expectations. The woman who doesn’t have to perform, perfect every word, or become a version of herself that feels more acceptable to everyone else. We need her. Because somewhere along the journey of becoming successful, it can be easy to start believing that who you are isn’t enough. That you need to sound different, look different, show up differently, or become someone else before you’re worthy of the life you’ve been praying for. But maybe becoming your best self isn’t about becoming someone new. Maybe it’s about finding your way back to who God created you to be before the world told you who you needed to become. Watching the women in this room take those steps has been emotional. Women choosing themselves again. Women giving themselves permission to dream again. Women doing the uncomfortable work of becoming. Women realizing there is still so much inside of them waiting to be uncovered. And I hope when you look at yourself, you give that woman grace. She’s learning. She’s growing. She’s trying. She’s becoming. And she doesn’t need to be anybody else.
