@Brad Birchall Awesome stuff Brad. What I've found that has helped is give more clarity to the people when we speak about ''experimental processes'. I've found that sometimes some funky coffees tend to push people away bevause of them being too intense or having unsual taste notes. What I've found best results with, has been brewing these coffees with hario switch, with more of an immersion brewing style to focus more on the mouthfeel/aftertaste/sweetness, rather than clarrity of acidity + flavours that I tend to get with more of a pour over style. @Natdanai Denham I love that! Every interaction, can create thousands of new possibilities. Kudos to the barista who thought that even though they were busy making drinks, he thought of every customer and especially the ones who would be waiting in the queue and thought about making their day extraordinary. Thanks for sharing this Nat!
