You don’t get to play small anymore, not here. 2. Freedom is possible. Not someday. Not for “other people.” For you. For those you serve. For those who serve you. 3. Small steps compound into big wins. Forget the fantasy of giant leaps. It’s the discipline of small, incremental actions that rewrites your story. 4. You belong here.This isn’t my community. It’s ours. Your problems are our problems. Your gifts are our gifts. If you don’t believe these things, nothing I teach will stick.
