My AI YT Channel Can Runs Itself Now (This Got Crazy)
My AI YouTube Shorts channel can run from a text message now. No joke, here's the actual workflow: I text a Telegram bot: "post a short about X" It goes and: 1. Researches the topic live (real facts, not hallucinated stats) 2. Writes a full 30-60 sec script optimized for spoken narration 3. Generates the actual video, voiceover included 4. Writes the title, description, hashtags 5. Sends the finished video back to me on Telegram I watch it. If it's good, I hit APPROVE and it publishes straight to YouTube. Done. No editing software opened. No uploading. No thumbnail app. If I don't like it? I just reply with what's wrong, "make the hook stronger," "too generic," whatever, and it rewrites and regenerates the whole video and sends me a new version. It keeps looping until I approve. I'm not exaggerating when I say this replaced the hard part of research + scriptwriting + editing + uploading with a single text message. Right now it's running on a private test channel while I stress-test it, but the pipeline is fully built and works end to end. If you run a YouTube channel (or want to start one) and the actual bottleneck has always been "I don't have time to make videos consistently," this is exactly the kind of system I build.

A draft-review-send workflow for multi-tool coordination
One small Telegram task exposed a larger operating question: how one request coordinates several systems. I started in Telegram with a practical request: design a safe way for an AI agent to prepare customer replies without sending twice. The screenshot shows the resulting workflow rather than a polished marketing demo. The screenshot captures one shared result: a draft-review-send workflow with stable keys, explicit delivery states, and an audit trail. For Brendan's AI Community, the important lens is multi-tool coordination. It separated approved, sent, failed, and unknown states and required a human decision before the external send. The reusable lesson: Human approval works only when delivery state remains durable after approval. In this community, that matters because the result should clarify how one request coordinates several systems. Other tools in this category include Lindy, n8n, Make, and Zapier. The tool I use for this Telegram workflow is Orchestero. Where does coordination usually break for you?

the durable delivery state is the key part here. once multiple tools are involved, knowing exactly what happened before retrying becomes critical to avoid duplicate actions or lost requests. where do you see coordination breaking most often,, state management, retries, or tool handoffs?

I built an AI system that writes and publishes my LinkedIn posts. I just click "yes." Every day at 10 AM, it automatically: 🔍 Digs through my Google Drive for content worth posting 🧠 Understands it and drafts a LinkedIn post around it 🎬 Pulls the image or video that goes with it 📩 Emails me the finished post to review Then it's my move: ✅ Approve → it publishes straight to LinkedIn and confirms it's live ❌ Reject → it goes back to Drive, finds something else, writes a new post, and sends it again I never touch Drive. I never write a caption. I never download a file. I never open LinkedIn to post. I just read one email and decide: "Post this" or "Try again." AI does the digging, writing, and publishing. I keep the one thing that actually matters, the final call. Workflow is imple, but real use case. Actually useful. 🚀 What repetitive task would you hand off first?

@Mouldi Nouri Exactly. The goal is to remove the repetitive work, not remove the human from the decision. The retry loop also makes it much easier to improve the workflow over time.

@Okasha Khan Exactly, that’s what I was aiming for, automate the repetitive parts while keeping the final decision with the person. It makes the workflow much safer to actually use in a real business.

Can anyone help with my appointment automation - Member id for subscription clients - In store mobile appointment services - Via text examples pictures of my haircuts - Looping reminders automation

Built a few barbershop workflows like this before. You can handle the photo replies via custom SMS triggers and lock member IDs using custom fields + tag-based reminders. Happy to drop you a quick loom or help you set it up.

@James Nials Hi James
Built a Real-Time Booking & Guest Automation System for a Luxury Mountain Lodge
Just shipped a complete backend overhaul for Intervale Mountain Lodge, a 24-guest luxury property in New Hampshire — replacing a fully manual booking process with a real, automated system. What's live now: 🔹 Server-side pricing engine (Supabase) — calculates nightly rates, fees, and taxes instantly, with tamper-proof locked price snapshots 🔹 Real-time availability + two-way Airbnb calendar sync 🔹 Multi-step guest qualification form, feeding directly into the CRM 🔹 Password-protected Guest Portal — door codes, WiFi, house rules, all served securely from a live database, zero hardcoded data 🔹 CRM webhook pipeline — every inquiry now routes automatically into GoHighLevel for owner review 🔹 A price-lookup API powering automatic Stripe invoicing on approval 🔹 Full UI/UX redesign with smooth animations + a site-wide performance pass What used to be hours of manual phone calls and hand-calculated quotes per booking now runs end-to-end — accurate pricing in seconds, structured inquiries, and instant self-service access for confirmed guests. Next up: a 24/7 AI concierge trained on the property's full house-rules knowledge base. #WebDevelopment #Automation #Supabase #NoCode #PropTech #AI #BuildInPublic

Really solid build. The biggest win here is that it’s not just automating one step, you’ve connected the entire booking flow from inquiry to payment and guest access. That’s where automation starts creating real operational value.
