🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT: The GVNGANG Contributors Framework
Family — this is the next step. GVNGANG is more than content, more than conversation. It’s a movement, and every movement has its builders. That’s why today I’m officially rolling out the Contributors’ Framework. 🔑 The Framework The Contributors’ Framework creates clear lanes for how each of us can add value inside the community while keeping everything aligned with the mission. No wasted motion. No confusion. Everyone locked in. Tier 1: Community Members (Outer Circle) - Entry into the community as a valued participant. - Guided by the Code of Honor: loyalty, integrity, unity, friendliness. - Access to events, forums, and shared resources. - Note: No financial entitlements at this level. Tier 2: Collaborators (Project Partners) - Join specific projects with defined tasks. - Earn 2–3% of net profits from the project(s) you contribute to. - Temporary access to project resources. - Benefits end when the project ends. Tier 3: Honorary Members (Prestige Circle) - Publicly named as an Honorary Member. - Invitations to select gatherings and discussions. - Symbol of respect and alignment with the mission. - Note: No financial entitlements at this level. Tier 4: Inner Circle (Founding & Active Contributors) - Founding Contributors: Lifetime recognition as architects of the movement. Entitled to a percentage of net profits from courses, products, or projects they co-create. No cap on earnings. - Active Contributors: Entitled to 2–3% of net profits from projects they actively contribute to. Influence in up to 3 initiatives per year, plus quarterly strategy calls. ⚡ Functional Roles in Action To make this real inside the community, we also move in functional roles that keep the flow strong: - Contributors → The lifeblood. Share insights, drop resources, and build up others. - Collaborators → Those ready to team up on projects, events, and initiatives. - Coaches → Members who step up to teach, train, and sharpen others in their lane. - Captains → Leaders who oversee threads, conversations, and keep order in the flow.
