Hey guys, I have started a software development agency in 2025. We will be building websites, apps and creative software solutions. But to get the foot in the door we are focusing on website development and then work our way up. But it has been almost 3 months and still struggling to find clients. We are targeting a rental niche but still no results. After the first 2 months we realised that we did not have all the main things everyone should have in a proper website like case study, testimonials and pricing structure. So we upgraded our website and redesigned it. Here is our website : https://imbrige.vercel.app/ We have tried different out-reach methods in instagram cold-dms but still no result. If they are interested then they don't want to change and update as they grow. The main problem is that they think that they have a website that does the job then why change it. But to get the foot in the door we are focusing on website development because we believe The website is the first impression of you and your service and then work our way up. The question is WHY? We started this…. There are many people who have been doing this. But when we saw what was actually happening in this field, we found “there is a big gap in the market”. The main problem was people who sell cheap have no strength, no brand and reputation. either they are very corporate structured or very saturated in terms of pricing and values which are very low. Why us? We are more focused on building quality products. We don't use page builders or prebuilt themes. we're founders, devs & marketers inspired by the new-gen creators. We don't have a fixed pricing structure because our client and project decides the pricing. The problem with fixed pricing structure is that not everyone wants the same feature and it is only fair to them that the price should be according to their needs and not what we want.
