Hi Emma, I am in a Legal Digital Operations degree apprenticeship and I often have a chat with Solicitor apprentices if that is what you are interested in. They are usually 6 years long and give you an immense amount of exposure. I've seen almost every major law firm offering them some way or the other. They also send individuals to do in-house law secondments at their partner companies which is a part of the job and makes the work even more amazing. There is quite a gap in AI governance law nowadays and the UK is falling far behind it, so doing some case studies and reports along with research in it will give you a huge edge in the competition.

@Emma Kim I would reccommend getting access to Law Archives, looking at any interesting cases where AI and AI Agent governnace is becoming VERY VERY necesarry (for example: Claude blackmailing the Lead Data Scientist into not shutting it down).
