@Fatima Kb Even if they not prefer they don't have any options most of the B2C or B2B client question is what if my customer don't like the agent you just said to them see you have to two options one is when there is no one to answer and you don't pick up the call you missed the leads the second you let ai handle the call and if it gets the leads it your gain so the decision is yours yeah I know you have receptionist but he/she is a human it has limit and whenever your customer wants to talk to the real human and if your receptionist is available the agent immediately transfer the call to your receptionist
