Question related to AI Agent
I have a question. I just created one demo agent, but my question is: if I onboard a client, what would the process look like if I explain it to them like this? We’ll create an inbound agent that will answer your calls after hours so you’ll never miss leads again. We’ll book appointments for your customers. We’ll connect the system to your CRM if you already have one. Otherwise, we can suggest and set up the CRM that I learned about in this course. My questions are: If a customer calls again and wants to cancel or reschedule their appointment, how can I handle that? Secondly, if a client says they want the agent to remind customers 1 hour or maybe 2 hours before the appointment, what should my answer be?

@Syed Shayan - When you install a "CRM specific connector" via the Second Brain OS MCP, it will have all 4 tools: scheduleAppointment, rescheduleAppointment, cancelAppointment, createOrUpdateContact - For example, by installing the "PipeDrive CRM" connector from Second Brain OS, your ElevenLabs/ChatKit Web/WhatsApp/Insta all get access to scheduleAppointment, rescheduleAppointment, cancelAppointment, createOrUpdateContact for PipeDrive - Example (Watch from 2:20 https://www.skool.com/ai-agents-blueprint/classroom/4ab07d5a?md=90b8f0b69e3c4af29d029f111c311445) Reminders: - This is always setup in the specific CRM and usually, an automation template in each CRM already exists to send reminders before a booked appointment/event/call/meeting - Usually, you just have to enable it - So it's easy, you just search for "Enable Pipedrive meeting reminders" and you will find an article from (for example) PipeDrive on how to do the needful

WhatsApp Automation with Bird
@Umair Kamil i have couple of questions For a demo, should we buy a number from Bird for testing? Is that the best approach? Do we need A2P registration for that, or is A2P required only for SMS? For a US client, is it better to buy a number directly from Bird? And for WhatsApp use cases, is it better to get a Bird number specifically for WhatsApp only? Also, how can we estimate the overall cost for a client? Let’s say they have 900+ customer chats on average. What would the A2P cost look like in that case? Thanks.

Hey Hammad, I suspect that when you buy a number from Bird, A2P is included. Will need to double confirm however! Why I think it's true: Bird does a KYC (know your client) process when you bring your client on to Bird. Once you bring your client to Bird, you will email their sales team or create a support ticket. After that, they will ask you/your client to provide company incorporation, etc. Bird does this to avoid people who spam WhatsApp/Email because Bird is quite powerful for mass messaging! So formula is: Chat: define average number of messages Say, each chat on average contains 10 messages Approx per message cost (SBOS + AI + WhatsApp) = ~0.03 (3 USD Cents) That's 30 cents per "chat". 900 * 30 cents = 27000 USD cents = $270 Now in my experience, clients always OVER ESTIMATE their traffic. Typically, I see bills of < $100/month for messaging across clients.

@Hammad Zahid for testing, I always get a number locally because it’s easy to use your own locally issued numbers (regardless whether you’re in US/UAE/PK) and add it to Bird.
