customer name not found in global search option
customer's name is Sattar Ansari bearing mob number 9064131603 , when we search in global search option system only shows ticket details , not party name . why?

Did you know from Sangam CRM, you can get a Daily Call Summary Report?
You can get a daily call summary report from Sangam CRM, directly on your Email. (See the image attached). And this doesn't need Telephony Integration. The call summary report includes Total Calls Made, Total Duration, No. of outgoing calls, No. of Incoming calls, No. of calls answered, No. of calls unanswered. Billing details change
A Re- seller purchases a laptop from us, and he wants to sale to B ... and he wants to give him bill against party B, but in qtn there is no option to select separately for B Party;s name and address......pl help
