What’s something you’re working on currently in your mental health or wellness journey? I’ll go first… Right now, I’m working on managing my anxiety with more compassion while learning to trust myself again in this new chapter of my life. I’m working on showing up more confidently, especially online without shrinking, doubting my worth, or letting fear keep me quiet. I’m rebuilding my wellness routine, choosing habits that support my mind and body, and giving myself grace on the days I fall short. And honestly… I’m learning not to isolate when life gets heavy.
