I tried to build 34 Projects in 24 Hours!
I had a backlog of ideas that I wanted to build and then I had my Claude max subscription that was running out with the whole bunch of unused tokens, so I decided that I would try to at least get the file structure for each project built out and then go back and fine-tune everything so basically the Claude Max subscription ran for about23 hours total and I got about 24 projects built out now I have to go back and fine tune everything. I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be some AI slop in there , but so far it looks good will have Codex review everything and clean it up.

@Andre Cordero yes it just was a lot of different projects that I had in mind and whenever ideal comes to mind I put it on the list so I had a long list so I just put it all together and then put it gave it some structure and then let it rip put it on auto mode

@Patrice Roatan Quebecois I appreciate it. But to be honest, it’s really not it really wasn’t that big of a deal. The ideals were already there. I just gave it a little structure and then let it go at it. Of course there’s some cleanup that has to be done, but it wasn’t that difficult now it lets me know. It’s possible to get something up and done. I give a lot of credit to this community and Jake because it putting everything in structure in the ICM protocol has helped a lot. It makes things very doable.
🎆 THE LAST SALE EVER — HELP US GET TO VEGAS 🎆
🎯 WE READ ALL OF YOUR RESPONSES. HERE'S WHAT'S NEXT (AND A BIG ASK) A couple weeks ago we asked you what you wanted Clief Notes to become. You showed up. You wrote real, thoughtful answers, some of you wrote essays. We read every single one. Twice. So before anything else: thank you. This post is us answering you. 💬 YOU TOLD US. HERE'S WHAT WE'RE BUILDING. You said you want a clearer path from learning ICM to actually getting paid for it. → It's coming. A real learning-to-earning track, plus a talent platform we're building to connect you with people who want to hire what you can do. Heads up: the talent platform will be Premium and VIP only, one more reason to lock in below. You said competitions without feedback don't help you grow. → Fixed. Going forward, every single entrant gets tailored feedback on their build, not just the winner. We're moving to two competitions a month so we can do it right. And both monthly winners get a 30-minute call with me. You said the best builds get buried in the feed. → We're building a tagged library so you can actually find "ICM setups for solo operators" or "small team, non-coder" instead of scrolling for an hour. You said you couldn't map all the pieces, Skool, Discord, the Lyceum, ICM, what each tier unlocks. → A single orientation page is on the way. One place that breaks all of it down so nobody's lost. You said you want to connect with each other. → We hear you. Meetups, pairing, and a recorded "After Tea" hangout are on the table. South Florida alone has over 1,000 of you. Let's use that. You said we've felt spread thin. → The most honest one. You're right. We're bringing on real help to run the day-to-day so the community gets consistency, and so Matt and I can keep building the things above instead of dropping balls. You called it, and we're fixing it. 📍 QUICK NOTE ON ICM: a few of you asked for "ICM with Copilot" or "ICM with n8n, Sheets, GoHighLevel." Good news, ICM already works with any model and feeds straight into the tools you're using. It's the structure underneath all of them, not a separate thing you have to relearn per tool. If that's not landing for you, that's on us to make clearer, and we will.

@Simon Gonzalez De Cruz I understand where you are coming from but if you feel your entry was overlooked you can tailor it to submit into the next competition that way you will get feedback you want. Move Forward 💪🏽

I started by searching our community and didn't find anything. As I learned today, this GitHub repo has blown up 0 - 60K stars in less than 6 weeks. UNDERSTAND ANY CODEBASE IN MINUTES! https://github.com/Egonex-AI/Understand-Anything Graphs that teach > graphs that impress. Turn any code into an interactive knowledge graph you can explore, search, and ask questions about. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI, and more. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EXPLORE THE STRUCTURAL GRAPH Navigate your codebase as an interactive knowledge graph — every file, function, and class is a node you can click, search, and explore. Select any node to see plain-English summaries, relationships, and guided tours. UNDERSTAND BUSINESS LOGIC Switch to the domain view and see how your code maps to real business processes — domains, flows, and steps laid out as a horizontal graph. ANALYZE KNOWLEDGE BASES Point /understand-knowledge at a Karpathy-pattern LLM wiki and get a force-directed knowledge graph with community clustering. The deterministic parser extracts wikilinks and categories from index.md, then LLM agents discover implicit relationships, extract entities, and surface claims — turning your wiki into a navigable graph of interconnected ideas. FEATURES 🧭 Guided Tours Auto-generated walkthroughs of the architecture, ordered by dependency. Learn the codebase in the right order. 📊 Diff Impact Analysis See which parts of the system your changes affect before you commit. Understand ripple effects across the codebase. 🏗️ Layer Visualization Automatic grouping by architectural layer — API, Service, Data, UI, Utility — with color-coded legend. 🔍 Fuzzy & Semantic Search Find anything by name or by meaning. Search "which parts handle auth?" and get relevant results across the graph.

Awesome! Thanks @David Vogel
WEEK 7 COMP⚙️ THE OPERATOR — RESULTS
(and a small change to how we run these) Hello everyone!! 👋 First, the honest bit. This one is landing later than Monday, and on purpose. Two things got us here. One, a lot more of you are submitting now. If I am going to really sit with every entry and give it a proper look, a weekend is not enough. This round I went through all of them, watched the videos, opened the repos, the full pass. That takes time and I would rather do it right than rush it. Two, I could feel a few of you running hot. Weekly is a sprint, and burnout was starting to creep in for some. So we are moving to bi-weekly. More room to build, more room to breathe, and the time for me to actually review the work the way it deserves. 🎥 Quick word on the videos. They were a step up this round. Some of the animated walkthroughs and live demos were a genuine pleasure to watch, and yes, I weigh them. A clean demo that shows the thing actually working makes a real difference. However I don't want that to ALWAYS be a requirement. Also you will notice the Heavy hitters that you usually see up here are not currently, some posted late and I decided to let the new entries and first timers also have a chance as well! But certainly, check the original post as every submission has something for you to learn from : 💰 Competition 7 ➖➖➖ 🛠️ A FEW THAT STOOD OUT (in no order, and if you didn't make it, it doesn't mean yours wasn't great) The Pipeline Operator — @Jayden Forshee Runs a whole sales pipeline. Paste a lead and it grades it, writes the outreach, and moves the card itself. The live board where you watch cards move on their own, sat right next to a normal chatbot, was one of the clearest ways anyone has shown what an operator actually is. https://github.com/griffainai/studio-pipeline-operator Board: https://pipeline-operator.vercel.app/board

@Jake Van Clief is it possible to break the competition up into different levels such as beginners, intermediate and advanced? Each level requires more detail or whatever the criteria you decide it will encourage everyone to keep building. Just a thought.
What happened to Week 7 Competition?
Maybe I’m overlooking something. Were the winners and runner-up’s announced for week seven competition?

@Will Vessels 🙏🏾 Thank you I do remember seeing that as I mentioned I just wasn’t sure if I missed anything. It’s a wonderful community and a good problem to have.
