Hi team, I am pulling together some data on a property in the Orange Walk District [Black water]. Does anyone have recent sales comps or insight into current buyer demand for concrete residential structures in that area? I’m trying to verify local valuation trends and ensure my baseline figures are tracking realistically with the current 2026 market.
