What do you want to see more of in this group? I can hop in here every day and spill free game, but I don’t want to just talk at y’all. What actually scares you about your first deal? Is it: - Talking to sellers - Repair estimates - Not having money - Park managers - Titles and paperwork - Messing it up or... something else? I want to help!

@Janel Smith I have a Master Course and a Wholesale Course. Mentorship is virtual, as I do not travel (not for a low price anyway) and students get access to me daily for 6 months via Voxer.

@Yasene Dunn The worst thing they can say is "no". I find most of my deals from bandit signs or park manager referrals. You will do much better building relationships than you would on Facebook Marketplace. Once you do that, you just need to stay consistent and don't be scared to throw your number out there. We had an appointment this weekend (my business partner went) and the guy wanted $15,000.... we offered him $1,000. He said he would call us back this afternoon and let us know. Do I think he will accept? I don't know. Do I care? No. It's too many homes out here. But, I do know... once he gets tired of looking at it, he will call back and our offer will be $500.
