Hi, I’m Tymek from Poland 🇵🇱, and I’m a freestyle snowboarder. I’m currently part of the Polish junior national team, competing at Europa Cup level, and I’m constantly working to improve my riding and performance. In the offseason, I train hard both on and off the snow — I spend time in the gym, work on lower-body strength and sport-specific conditioning, and train on the airbag to improve my tricks safely and effectively. This season is especially important for me, because it may be my last chance to qualify for the World Junior Championships in China. That’s why I’m putting everything into becoming a better athlete. I’d love to help other riders by analyzing tricks, sharing training tips, and giving advice on offseason preparation and competition mindset. I can do this for free, because it’s also valuable experience for me.
