Bank account is healthy again. Emergency fund is set, paying off some debts now. On the business side, I am talking to some potential investors who are very excited about what I want to do for the city.

For me, getting out of debt would put my family in a position where we are no longer working because we need to, we would be working because we want to. Getting out of debt would successfully get us out of the rat race. What motivates you to get out of debt?
