@Sylvain Zyssman pricing is a tricky one. I once heard that I should just say the highest number you can't smirk about during a sales call. I can do that too easily. I once quoted $10M for a company asking for help to start a department within their company (steady hand, no smirk). I was well over what they were wanting to pay but that actually made them pursue me harder lol 😂 I never gave room for them to get a better price and I could have easily done that to close the deal but I wanted to experience the feeling of pricing that and holding my ground on price. Felt pretty damn good. Would have felt better to get the deal closed. Even at a fraction of that though 😂.
