Let me be real with you for a second, because somebody needs to say it. This industry has been hijacked by people who've never done the work. Big corporations pushing product with zero education behind it, "influencers" with a ring light and a following who've polished maybe three pieces in their life. Meanwhile the guy who's actually GOOD at this, who's put in ten thousand hours in his garage, doesn't have a platform because he's too busy actually doing the craft instead of performing it on camera. That's backwards. And I'm not here to play along with it. Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud. Nobody is coming to save this industry for you. Not the big brands selling you compound with a flashy label and no instructions. Not the influencer drama sucking up everybody's attention while adding zero value to a single person's skillset. If this industry is going to level up, it's going to be because the people who actually show up and do the work day in, day out, decide to build something real instead of waiting for permission from whoever's loudest online. That's what this is. No algorithm deciding whose voice matters. No corporate agenda dressed up as advice. No gatekeeping. No ego. No clout-chasing. Just people who do the damn work, teaching other people who want to do the damn work. That's it. That's the whole model. If you've got real skill... bring it. Stop hoarding it like it's some kind of competitive advantage. The guy next to you getting better doesn't make you worse it makes this whole industry stronger, and a stronger industry is better for every single one of us long-term. That's not motivational talk, that's just math. And if you're new... Ask the question. Post the ugly first attempt. Nobody in here is going to laugh at you for trying, because everybody in here remembers being exactly where you are. This industry doesn't get fixed by complaining about it on the sidelines. It gets fixed by the people who actually care enough to put in the work, together, consistently, without needing a spotlight to do it.
