Why make robots that look like humans?
This was a question that I pondered as well. Some of the things people have made recently just seem really creepy how human like they are, however, this video answers this question. Basically we have already designed a world made for humans so to have a humanoid robot would make sense to be able to navigate our already human designed world. Now, some of the robots with human like facial features may still creep me out at the moment, but I can see where having a human like thing to interact with can still be important too. https://youtube.com/shorts/2e9pQXg-pPk?si=urw0i67McVheqiOQ
A computer cracking jokes?
The other day ChatGPT's humor caught me completely off guard that it made me laugh out loud. I'm writing a book where all the characters are a type of birds and I asked ChatGPT for some feedback on my pacing along with my ability to "show don't tell". Off handedly she mentioned the mentor bird taking the protagonist "under his wing" and added "pun intended?" 🤣 Oh man, I was so pleasantly surprised. I mean, I grew up watching Star Trek and we all knew Data didn't have humor like that because it wasn't in his programming. Well, apparently ChatGPT has one up on him.

Hey y'all, Tyler here. I may be a little late to this group, but I'm not late to @Erwin Garcia and all of his brilliant ideas. I've been dabbling in AI now for probably a year or two, but now with @Erwin Garcia's help I'm ready to take it to the next level. While I am cautious about using AI to completely replace things like natural human creativity, I am also very optimistic about how it can be utilized as a tool to increase it. Like @Erwin Garcia I am a father of 7 beautiful children and have a saint for a wife. I am currently in the process of writing a series of books, along with creating an online course to help others better understand their God-given identity.

Here are three stories that highlight key lessons in business
Nokia turned down Android Yahoo passed on acquiring Google Kodak rejected the digital camera Key takeaways: Take risks. Adapt to change. Refuse to evolve, and you'll get left behind. Two more stories: Facebook acquired WhatsApp and Instagram Grab outcompeted Uber in Southeast Asia Key takeaways: Become strong enough that your competitors align with you. Dominate the market by eliminating competition. Keep innovating to stay ahead. Two more stories: Colonel Sanders launched KFC at 65 Jack Ma, rejected by KFC, went on to found Alibaba and retire by 55 Key takeaways: Age is just a number. Success comes to those who keep pushing forward. Last but not least: Lamborghini was born out of a feud with Enzo Ferrari, after the tractor manufacturer was insulted by Ferrari. Key takeaways: Never underestimate anyone. Keep working hard, use your time wisely, and don’t fear failure. Maintain a positive mindset and keep moving forward!

This is great stuff. I think even an overall takeaway from all of this would be never let failures or setbacks keep you down. Turn those failures into feedback and then turnaround and DOMINATE!
From my facebook - Khaby Lame will be a billionaire by 2029.
Fresh News · Follow · Khaby Lame will be a billionaire by 2029. Not because he's the most followed person on TikTok with 162 Million followers. Because he cracked the code of Gen Z attention (it's so simple, you'll laugh): In March 2020, Khaby was just another factory worker in Italy laid off due to the pandemic. His TikTok career started with gaming & dancing vids. Fast forward to today? He's a global sensation. But the craziest bit: How did he do it without saying a single word? It all started with a simple video mocking overly complicated life hacks. No fancy equipment. No scripted jokes. Just Khaby, his phone, and his signature deadpan expression. Little did he know, this would be the start of something huge. Within months, Khaby's followers skyrocketed. April 2021: 10 million followers. July: 50 million. And today? A staggering 162 million. But his meteoric rise wasn't luck. Intentionally or not, he's mastered 5 key elements of Gen Z attention: 1. Simplicity In a world of complex content, Khaby's videos are refreshingly simple. His format is reliable: He takes convoluted "life hacks" and shows the obvious, easier solution - without saying a word. The universal language of gesture taps into a core Gen Z value: Efficient content. In an attention economy, Khaby delivers maximum humor in minimum time. Khaby doesn't waste a moment - every second of his videos has a purpose. It's the perfect dopamine injection for Gen-Z attention spans. But that alone isn't enough. 2. Authenticity Khaby's just a normal guy reacting to the absurdities of the internet. He never tries to be someone he's not — just genuine reactions that resonate with millions.
