Watch before you pick up a ball today. πͺ TODAY'S WORKOUT (30-45 min) We're adding Airdrop footwork today to our Train portion to give another solution for you to use in games to get more shots off. Especially useful on the move or to set feet quickly after a bad pass. FOCUS. Load every catch. Pick ONE of HIPS, HANDS, or POSTURE per set of 10 TUNE shots β that's the takeaway from today's lesson. - Set 1 (Load Shots): HIPS β lower until you feel ground push back - Set 2 (Pistols): HANDS β ball down to your waist, not your chest - Set 3 (Load Shots): POSTURE β eyes up early, chest tall, body follows - You'll feel awkward on at least one.
