How do I have someone walk a property for me without cutting me out. The seller wants me to walk the property before any offers are made and I just don't know how to do that or have someone do that without the risk of getting cut out of a deal.

I keep getting blocked for just sending very simple messages like "hey is this the owner of ___" I have opt out language at the end of it too. I get blocked from a2p after like 20 of these texts because "error blocked by carrier" does anyone have any tips or recommendations?
