My biggest take away was they money Ice burg and using business CC to leverage cash flow from my investment to put money back into my pocket…and do it on repeat over and over and over. 🫶🏼

Hi everyone! My name is Twanna, and I’m from Russell County, Kentucky. I’m excited to be part of this community and connect with others who are building businesses while making a real impact. I’m currently working on growing two ventures: Parcel Plug, a land wholesaling and flipping business, and Monument Masters, where I help families restore and maintain headstones so their loved ones’ memories are preserved with dignity and respect. Helping people is a huge part of what drives me…especially those facing housing instability or going through foreclosure. I’ve seen firsthand how devastating those situations can be, and it’s made me very passionate about finding ways to create solutions and support people during those difficult moments. If I had $50,000–$150,000 in funding, I would use it to scale Parcel Plug by securing land contracts, marketing to motivated sellers, and building a small acquisition and disposition system so I could consistently flip or wholesale parcels. I’d also invest part of it into growing Monument Masters with professional equipment, marketing, and potentially a small team so we could serve more families and cemeteries. Long term, my goal is to use the income from these businesses to create opportunities to help people in my community, especially those at risk of losing their homes or struggling to find stable housing.
