Best Friday Night Vibes so far
What an incredible session! Amazing people joining the group every day and some really inspiring projects and stories @Larry Seyer your audio production app, and your story of being able to create a platform to liberate all of your lost audio samples was incredible @David Hacker crushed it with two amazing projects. That game platform really has the potential to be massive I’m not sure how to tag Bev, but her idea of using AI to help with conflict resolution was insanely creative. Thank you to @Rev Paul for helping her find the group So many more of you made tonight an amazing call. I’m truly inspired and humbled that all of you have found your way into this community Thank you to everyone who helped make this the best Friday Night Vibes yet, here’s to many more!

Totally agree. I would like to add these links (mentioned in the VIP call): 1. https://snitchplugin.com Snitch is an AI code audit tool designed for AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, helping developers instantly inspect their codebase for security vulnerabilities, UX flaws, SEO issues, and documentation gaps directly inside their editor. 2. https://quadathon.com The Quadathon is an online "vibe coding" hackathon hosted by Quads Lab, featuring a $4,000 prize pool across four categories where developers and creators build AI-assisted software projects from scratch. 3. https://tiptapgames.com TipTap Games is an instant, web-based mini-game platform that features a swipeable feed of lightweight HTML5 games playable directly in the browser without downloads, alongside a Creator Studio for indie developers to share their work. 4. https://larryseyer.com Larry Seyer is the official portfolio website of Grammy Award-winning audio engineer and software developer Larry Seyer, showcasing his work in music production, live streaming, and AI-powered audio tools like custom REAPER plugins and virtual instruments.
The BRAIN is live!!!
I got the VIP Call Brain running, launched, and available at: https://brain.vibecodeguild.com/ I'll be DMing access codes to everyone in the VIP level. This allows you to sign in and create an account. It will ask you about your username, please just copy/paste your username from skool so I know who is who. I have no idea what anyone's email address is, so I'm just managing this manually for now. You should be able to search for topics, and it will show you exactly where we discussed that in recent videos, and you can click right to that moment and watch it. It's V1, looking forward to getting feedback and continuing to improve it!

I logged in successfully. Thank you very much
Another great VIP call
I've been fighting with google implementation all day to get our searchable call brain up and running, but in the meantime, here's what we talked about today: Summary The meeting explored video pipeline infrastructure and hardware architectures alongside critical discussions regarding AI literacy and adoption. Infrastructure and Copyright Challenges The team established a video recording pipeline for database creation. Technical Advancements and Training Participants analyzed Mixture of Experts models and hardware evolution from GPUs to ASICs. It was decided that document scanners are necessary to improve parsing accuracy for receipt data. AI Literacy and Adoption The group emphasized the need to frame AI as a practical utility rather than technical novelty.

VIP TIER STARTS TODAY!!!
The group is gaining tremendous momentum, and we've had some incredible people join in the last few weeks. We will start hosting daily VIP calls, 5 days a week to keep pushing each other forward. I've picked different times during the week to try to accommodate all the different schedules we have around the globe, try to find a time that works. Calls will have a hard 1 hour limit, and anything is fair game. AI news, AI tools, project show & tell, asking for help when you're stuck, roasting @Oleg H, whatever you want, if it's helpful to people, we'll do it. It's really important to me that people have a place to continue to learn and build incredible things, whether that's coding, or video, or music, or businesses, whatever it is, the primary goal is BUILD BABY BUILD. I'll be recording every episode and saving transcripts to create a searchable vibe code guild brain so people can easily go back and find things we talked about. Open to any other suggestions that make this useful to people. Looking forward to connecting with everyone

[Friday Night Aug 1st, 2026] The one where we launched a VIP community and Michael showed off AI animation magic
Group discussed launching paid VIP membership with daily calls, announced contest winners, reviewed projects including AI animation and game development, and debated AI model complexity and language barriers. Captured meeting · August 1 · by Tu Michael (with help from AI, of course ^^ ) Key Takeaways - VIP community launching next week: $49/month with daily calls, recorded transcripts, and searchable database; all active members get free lifetime VIP access - Contest winners announced: Chris wins best Candy Crush clone and most useful app (Suno stem separator), Paul wins most creative, John wins best group member - Michael's AI animation placed top 50: Entered CapCut/Vietfilm AI Talent contest using Sora-generated clips stitched in CapCut, demonstrating professional-quality anime-style output - AI models are getting harder to prompt: Newer models use larger vocabularies with more ambiguous language, creating barriers for non-native English speakers and less experienced users Topics Discussed Speaker Diarization for 4,000 Videos Discussion about processing a large video archive to extract transcripts and tag speakers. Parallel processing on multi-core hardware could reduce the estimated 14-day serial timeline significantly. - Tools mentioned: Parakeet (IBM), Nemotron (Nvidia), Cole Medlin's $17/month service - Key challenge: Diarization (labeling who said what) is harder than transcription itself - Google Gemini advantage: Can tag speakers by login identity during live meetings, but backfilling archived video is a different problem. 1. Michael's AI Animation Work Michael demonstrated two anime-style short films created for a CapCut/Vietfilm AI Talent contest, placing 36th out of top 50 and advancing to the next round. Previously won top 3 in a smaller international contest when Sora launched. - Workflow: Generate 15-second clips in Sora with consistent characters using a "collage method" (face, full body, environment references), then stitch in CapCut
