Checking in with everyone to see how their 2 week program progress is going? Anything you've noticed in terms of progression or any questions you may have? How does filming and reviewing your rounds impact you? Happy to hear any and all feedback thanks guys/gals!

Just finished the 2 week course, been noticing my mount escapes becoming a lot smoother and less white belt panic when I end up in bad positions.

Lessons From West Coast Trials
Surprisingly, as you guys may have seen - no Kingsway athletes (Gordon Ryan’s gym) were the west coast trials champions. This goes back to what I was referring to in the introduction video. Everything is an open secret now. The playing field is being leveled. It’s no longer enough to just train at a super gym. Everyone has all the secrets and all the counters to every counter. What matters more is the intelligent coaching and programming that produces success on the big stage. Many people from non-super gyms ended up being champions because information is available to everyone, but intelligent personalized coaching is not. What are your guys thoughts on this?

Honestly I feel like sometimes coming from a gym with less talent pool ( Ex: Not having many Black belt champs ) makes it so you have to seek information about Jiu-Jitsu in other ways than just showing up to class , this is where people can learn super fast from using the information online to their advantage with Instructionals and Film.

@Eddie Kosta I agree
Reminder
If you just joined — don’t try to consume everything. Just do this:👉 Start the 2 Week Reset and focus on the first piece before your next training session Trust the process and watch it work its magic. One day at a time my friends. That’s where everything starts. Let me know if you have any questions!
