AI vs Automation (very important difference)
AI and automation are not the same thing. Automation → Fixed rules → Same output every time → Example: “If email received → add to Google Sheet” AI → Probabilistic → Output can vary → Example: “Summarize this email politely” Most powerful systems use both together. AI decides what to do.Automation decides when and where.

@Mohamed Jahar i did an SMS automation for a client and every meeting they said AI this and AI that. Only one node was AI. Lol
