Hello, Two years ago, I was a TedX speaker and the opportunity to apply again has presented itself. However, the team running our local TedX has asked me if I would consider being the Speaker Coach for this round of TedX. At this point, there is no guarantee that I would be accepted to speak again, although I am hopeful. The rule is that if I accept the position as the coach, I have to withdraw my application. What would you do?
