Hey @Ilya Savkin , hope you're doing good! I'm done with the tutorial part 1 and now I'm going to finish this tutorial for RAG. Quick question, can this workflow differentiate the difference between Existing Convo 1 and NEW Convo 1? That is the problem I'm currently experiencing with my bot (part 1's bot which I added a simple memory to). Sometimes the conversation's context is being transferred to a new customer. Thanks Ilya!! Hey Ilya, you're welcome. Yes, upon checking it's the Production URL from the Webhook, not the test URL. What else do you think can be the problem? Everything is working just fine as long as I'll execute it manually.

Hey Ilya, all working now. You are correct! The one I pasted is TEST URL not the Prod URL. It's almost identically the same! haha
