๐ ADMORI OS - SOPs Use Case
Iโm telling yโall, I have never been this organized in my lifeeeee! Wanted to share some of the things I decided to store in my SOPs. Once I get my systems down, there will be actual SOPs in there but for now Iโm making sure Iโm documenting everything that will help me build SOPs, ie: AI Prompts I want to use again, documentation of my brain dump processes with gpt and building brand assets. Loving the OS if you canโt tell. ๐คฃ

@Adriana-Morena R. I suspect so! I am an artist. I am a singer. I used to adore dancing but married someone who doesnโt, so dance to the vibe when Iโm painting or cooking! I was a teacher and a sportswoman and have always put myself out there to help, lead and inspire all of which is encompassed by this bird when it fans its tail!! It is however a โmaskingโ technique, again like the bird. Still Colourful when the tail is down but oh my God impressive when the colours are on display!! I do have a โchoose meโ imposter syndrome though. ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐ฅฐ

I am relieved to be able to know that I am not a misfit! I have never felt I belonged. I have hated my personality since I was aware of myself. Iโve been accused of making people โflinchโ when I walk into a room; Iโve been ostracised for trying to get things done and hated for doing things better than predecessors or bosses. I try hopelessly to people please and end up depressed. If I am truly ADHD it may throw light on my life?

Donโt know if I do!! Never been questioned. One of my daughters suggested I might be High performance AdHD but never bothered to look into it!!

@Adriana-Morena R. Iโm super sensitive, energetic and some would say โpushyโ because I canโt bear it if people donโt step up and get involved. I have really high expectations of myself and it seems too high for others. I get very depressed at the horrors in society across the globe. I live intensely. I hurt equally intensely!! Iโm just going to do a bit of โresearchโ into ADHD traits! (No surprise there the!)๐โฅ๏ธ

Iโm a mixed artist and I use saturated colour. Most of pieces are done in acrylics with collage of some sort. I also A4 w/c prints for craft fairs.
