Bio: Im 59 and have struggled with my weight all my life I have been bigger and lots smaller ready to get the balance right for life. Bring it on 💪

Bio: 41 years old, struggled to lose weight for the last couple of years. May 17th started at 245lbs Target weight - 190-200lbs. Current weight - 218.4lbs
