Topics I personally would find helpful are: Tips on communicating with your teen; anxiety and depression; grief management; ADHD support; what to do when your child isn’t motivated with school; coparenting resources for separated parents; social media dangers; vaping and other substances; It would be nice to bring in professionals as well as a variety of group discussions.
