The site is clean: no flood plain, utilities at site, access road approved for construction from hwy, and city council is receptive to the higher end small bay product. ~200,000 SF development possible. We're looking to connect this site with the right developer or GC who is interested in delivering this type of product in DFW. The seller is open to a purchase or possibly a fee development arrangement. Two asks: 1. Know a developer who actively builds small bay flex in DFW? Would love an intro or a name. 2.
