Can you really walk into a bank (certain banks I am sure) and just use your LLC, EIN, and get $25k-$100k in funding?

My credit scores have frozen for the entire month of Jan so far… is that good or not? I’m trying to figure out which letters to send to get some collections off that have obviously been sold and there appears to be double hits… help
