1st day stepped out and it was abit chilly but went right back out to walk 6 miles

Today’s session really brought me back to something important… As women, growth isn’t just about what we’re doing externally, it starts with renewing our minds and becoming the version of ourselves we know we’re called to be. One part that stood out was from Romans 12:2: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” It really highlights how transformation begins internally, how we think, what we believe, and what we choose to align with daily. Trusting God in that process isn’t always easy, but it’s a big part of becoming who we’re meant to be!

This morning’s prayer and reading really made me pause. We went through the book “what on earth am I here for”, and one thing that stood out to me was how growth and maturity don’t happen overnight. It takes time and sometimes it also means letting go of habits, mindsets, or patterns that no longer serve who you’re becoming. It made me reflect on how easy it is to want results quickly, but not always embrace the process that comes with it. Curious, what’s one thing you’ve had to let go of in your growth journey?

Hello sisters, and thank you so much for the warm welcome. I’m truly honored to be part of The Kingdom Expansion Circle. My name is Constance. I’m a woman of faith and a mother of three, currently in a season of rebuilding, growth, and aligning my life with God’s purpose. I would say I’m both a wife-to-be and an entrepreneur, as I’m preparing myself spiritually, emotionally, and mentally for marriage while also working on building a stable and purpose-driven career and business. I’m in a rebuilding season, so structure, spiritual guidance, and a strong community of women walking in faith together means a lot to me.
