It is very easy to get excited about a big green day and to get upset about a red day. We are not concerned about the one day moves or the one month moves. Investing is about then, not now. If you want to trade you can but make sure to get help with that if you don't know what you are doing. Investors, we live our lives while establishing ownership. Ownership isn't temporary. Change your mindset and slow things down, take care of your day to day life while preparing for your next 5,10, 20 years. How good life is then depends on how you prepare now. So focus on systems you will follow for the long term, you know your life better than anybody, the systems are yours to make. find a system, if you need help reach out. I have people that help me make better decisions myself. Life is a team sport, lets help each other win.

I haven't watched the entire video yet but the first 4-5 minutes is about all you need to listen to. The market just doesn't have a clue how to price innovation. The companies that I have personally and the portfolio that I would recommend are innovation heavy. It will look like I am wrong or don't know what I'm talking about based on price alone. Price is what 90% of people react to, ignore the FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt). Sometime stocks can drop in price for good reasons, but most of the time it's just fear. My experience tells me most don't know how to value a company. This is exactly why I teach buying, holding, and accumulating for the long term. The market can be unpredictable, but in the long-term value will show itself. The more share you have when that happens the better off you will be.

Great overall perspective. This man is very reputable and absolutely knows what he is talking about. The most successful people have system not just got lucky on a pick. Long term outlook the right amount of diversification. I look at rebalancing differently, I don't think you should until you build positions for 3-5 years. I only sell if value is extremely high or me thesis BROKE (not the asset price is down). Long term mindset into the right amount of asset and DCA and you'll be just fine
