There Is A Blessing In The Breaking 🔥
Hello family 💛 Hope you are having a great week so far. Just wanted to drop a quick message for those of you who are going through something difficult right now or have been through it in the past. This should give you some perspective wherever you currently are or whenever you face your next challenge. Here it is. Not sure if you have ever noticed how when the worst things in life happen to you something unexpected follows. You become free. When you have truly overcome whatever the worst was for you your entire mindset shifts. You stop caring what people think about you. What people have to say. How people move. Whether they stay or leave. It just stops having the same power over you that it once did. There is a different level of freedom that comes with the loss of fear. You become grounded in a way that is hard to explain until you have lived it. Unmovable. Unshakable. Rooted in something deeper than what used to knock you off course. And here is what I want you to hold onto. There is a blessing in the breaking. Whatever you have walked through or are walking through right now. The hardest seasons of your life are not wasted. They are shaping something in you that nothing else could. Any fear that comes after surviving your worst is smaller by comparison. Not because life gets easier. But because you get stronger. More grounded. More sure of yourself and what you are made of. So if you are currently in the thick of it or whenever you face your next hard season always remember this. That situation. That pain. That moment that feels like it is breaking you. Is actually building you into someone that cannot be shaken. 🔥 And if things ever feel too heavy to carry alone please know support is always available. You can reach the Samaritans any time on 116 123. Free and confidential. Are you currently walking through one of those hard seasons right now. Or do you remember a time in the past when you were broken open and something unexpected was revealed on the other side.

Good day, just continuing to push forward and put my trust in my higher power Yah. Knowing and trusting that if something is being removed something better will follow it. It’s hard to trust in the unknown, I look back at realize everything always end up working out, most times greater than I can believe or imagine. Stand on your faith and learn, trust, believe in the word. All praises to the Most High Yah!

Don't Half Ass The Most Important Work Of Your Life 🔥
Hello family 💛 Hope you are doing amazing. Hope you have had a beautiful and restful weekend and a good start to the week so far. I have a quick topic I wanted to bring to your attention because I feel it is very important and crucial when it comes to the work we are doing here together. This is for those of you who are serious about the spiritual and personal development pursuit. Which I am sure is all of you reading this because you have decided to join this community. And just so you know. We like to go deep here. The aim is real transformation. So we have to get down to the nitty gritty sometimes. So take this in and let me know if it resonates. In the spiritual and non-dual space there is a concept referred to as becoming a Zen devil. It refers to someone who has a spiritual insight or awakening experience and then uses that as a reason to stop doing the work. They think they have arrived. They dismiss personal development. They drop their values and principles. And then slowly let themselves go without realising it. The ego then creeps back in and the chaos that follows is often worse than before they started. They half assed it. And it cost them. But here is the thing. There is also the opposite trap on the other end of the spectrum. That is known as spiritual bypassing. This is the person who only reads the books. Only consumes the content. Only talks about the theory. But uses spirituality to avoid dealing with real life. They float in the concepts without ever grounding them. They skip over the shadow work, the hard emotions, the difficult conversations and the real inner reckoning that this journey requires. Both extremes lead to the same place. Stagnation. Confusion. Going in circles. And if you have chosen to be on this journey. If you have decided that you want real change and real growth. Then you have to take it seriously. Walking that middle path of constant work and improvement is your only real choice. That means being willing to do the things most people are not willing to do.

Good day, this definitely resonates with me. I have realized this journey is a marathon not a sprint. Only one day at a time, and try to enjoy the marathon as I keep going forward. You definitely don’t want to take shortcuts, because this is your life. You will get out what you put in, so always give it you all and very best!
Choosing peace over reaction
This week I experienced a meaningful breakthrough during a day out with friends. A friend of mine became upset about the choice of venue and directed her frustration towards me. Initially, I could feel myself being affected by her comments and I noticed old feelings beginning to arise. Rather than reacting or becoming caught up in the situation, I consciously stepped back internally and recalibrated. I took a moment to reconnect with myself, observe what was happening, and remind myself not to take on what wasn't mine to carry. Once I had centred myself again, I was able to rejoin the conversation feeling calm and unaffected. There was no need to defend myself, argue, or withdraw. I simply returned to the group and enjoyed the rest of the day. This felt like a genuine breakthrough for me. It showed me that while I may still be triggered at times, I now have the awareness and tools to recognise it, pause, and choose a different response. Instead of being swept away by someone else's emotions, I was able to return to my own inner balance and peace. Peace wasn't something I found after the situation changed. Peace came when I changed my response to the situation.

Self Control Is Your Life's Work 🔥
Hello family 💛 Happy Monday. Hope you have had a beautiful and restful weekend and are ready to step into the week with intention and energy. Here is a little insight that came to mind that I wanted to share with you. Something that I hope inspires and adds some clarity for the week ahead and beyond. I want to bring to your attention the concept of self control. This is one of those topics that sounds simple on the surface but the deeper you look the more you realise just how foundational it actually is. Here it is simply put. Self control is your life's work. Not a nice to have. Not something to work on eventually. Your life's work. Because here is what self control actually gives you when you develop it. Stronger relationships. Better health. Financial success. Emotional stability. A sense of purpose and direction. The ability to create the life you actually want rather than just reacting to whatever life throws at you. Everything you are working towards in this community. The healing. The manifesting. The mindset shifts. The nervous system regulation. All of it requires a foundation of self control and self mastery underneath it. Now here is the distinction that really hits different. We live in two worlds simultaneously. The outer world. Your circumstances. Your job. Your relationships. Your bank account. Your environment. And the inner world. Your thoughts. Your emotions. Your psychology. What is going on in here. Most people spend their whole lives reacting to the outer world. Blaming it. Being mesmerised by it. Feeling like a victim of it. But the people who create the lives they want have figured out something powerful. They have reversed the process. Instead of the outer world controlling their inner world they have built their inner world so strong that it starts to shape their outer world. That is the creator mindset versus the victim mindset. And the bridge between the two is self control. Now here is why it is so hard to develop.

Are You Living A Caged, Comfortable Or Charged Life?🔥
Hello family 💛 Happy Monday. Hope you had a beautiful weekend and are stepping into this week feeling refreshed and ready. I want to share something with you to kick the week off in the right energy. This concept comes from Brendon Burchard. One of the most respected voices in the personal development space. And it is one of those ideas that once you hear it you cannot unhear it. He talks about three types of lives people live. The caged life. The comfortable life. And the charged life. A caged life is one where everything feels like a reaction. Struggling to keep up. Surviving. Going in circles. Feeling like the world is working against you. Living to meet other people's expectations and never really expressing who you truly are. A comfortable life is different. You have the basics. Things are fine. But somewhere underneath that fine there is a quiet knowing that life could be so much more. And that knowing is hard to ignore. You are not struggling but you are not really living either. A charged life is one where you are on your edge. Growing. Taking risks. Showing up for yourself fully. Doing things that excite and challenge you. Building something real. Pushing towards your potential every single day. And here is the truth. If you do not consciously choose the life you want you will by default drift into the comfortable or the caged. Most people never ask themselves this question. They just fall into whatever feels safe and familiar. But you are here. In this community. Doing the inner work. Which already puts you in a different category. Coach @Sarah Sadd touched on something powerful on Saturday that connects deeply with this. Getting in tune with yourself. Following your intuitive nudges. Recognising the pings. And actually moving when they show up. That is what living a charged life requires at the soul level. Not hustle. Not force. Just deep alignment with who you really are and the courage to honour that.
