How long should you wait after making changes to profile to see results? Such as budget change?

After the first of the year we’re seeing a lot of company’s that have never been in LSA rankings within top 5 results. These are accounts with weaker gmb and far less reviews. Has anyone ever heard or seen of the rankings getting shook up like this after new year?

How often would u recommend optimizing and what do recommend doing to optimize? Daily photo uploads? Marking calls booked daily? Etc. Also are you able to mark leads booked if they are still being “reviewed” by Google? Thanks for everyone’s feedback!

Hey everyone, Quick question: Can anyone tell me a rhyme or reason why my LSA went from 300+ leads every month to now a quarter of that? We had this same issue at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. Our ranks dropped drastically during the day to where we get basically zero calls a day but at 11pm-12am we’re always top 3. I tried everything and the only thing to fix it the last time was creating an entire new LSA account and having the budget set at 40k a week. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
