Blanket Day? What’s that???? How does the energy of today feel for you? I am having a “blanket day”… What is a “Blanket day”? It is a term of understanding from my late friend Olivia Hussey where, when nothing feels right and the world feels off, staying in bed and having a blanket covering you and comforting you is the only thing you need. That, water, a good rest and a great book! I feel blockages in my throat chakra today as well as my heart chakra. I’m working on them throughout the day while also honouring my need for rest and replenishment! I love you all! Take it easy today.
