@Christine Vabre spotted in a Growth Boost ad on IG yesterday, and again today...

@Lorri-Lynn Roche I agree. Social media usually feels like a noisy room full of strangers, so spotting a familiar face in the 'crowd' is extra special!
🎉 Weekend Fun - Saturday
What kind of fall engagement posts are you making? Here’s one of mine that is doing well. It's officially SOUP SEASON! 🍲 Woke up to 48°F here in the Chicago suburbs this morning, and you know what that means... time to break out the soup pots! There's something so comforting about a warm bowl of soup on a crisp fall day. Whether you're a from-scratch chef or a "heat and eat" queen (no judgment here!), we want to know: What's your favorite soup to make or buy? - Are you a classic chicken noodle person? - Creamy tomato with grilled cheese on the side? - Hearty chili that simmers all day? - A family recipe passed down for generations? Bonus points if you share your recipe! 👩‍🍳 I'll be making _________________ later today! (add yours) Drop your favorites below and let's build a community soup cookbook! 🥣

My favourite soup is one my dad taught me: 'Clean Out the Fridge' Soup. Sorry, no recipe, because it changes every time (depending on what's the fridge...).

@Kimberly Armatys And the soup usually tastes even better the next day 😋

I'm three weeks away from a 1-year flame-iversary. Honestly, at first I was conscious of it, making sure I hit the milestone every day so I wouldn't lose it. But now it just feels like the bonus on top of simply being an active Skooler (both in my own Skool and in others).
Community Discovery Keywords (11 key search words) Gone
Skool removed the key search words (11) you may have set up for your community. Here's a thread in Skoolers about it. https://www.skool.com/skoolers/did-skool-just-upgrade-discovery Sam mentions that your key search words should be in your about page and it was duplicative. Be sure your About Page reflects this latest Skool Discovery change for ways to find your community page.

@Kimberly Armatys Yes, that 1000 character limit is precious real estate! I was not about to change my About Page spelling (it's been part of my brand for almost two decades), but since I wasn't showing up in 'color' searches, I used up half my Keywords by listing everything in both spellings 🤪. That still wasn't making a difference. Solution? Tell Sam... 🤩

@Lorri-Lynn Roche It’s not just a Canadian spelling. It’s been the standard spelling across much of the English-speaking world for centuries… geographically. In the early 1800s, US dictionary guy Noah Webster wanted to establish the '-or' spelling in words like color, honor, favor, and labor, as part of his push for an American form of English. And because the US is such a populous country, color has become the demographic default, even though colour still covers a much bigger chunk of the English-speaking map. 😉 And also, I'm 🇨🇦
