This is only my second time consciously doing this. I did not have a specific intention when this started, but I really think it ties back to oneness and kind of things like that.

I would love your thoughts... I had QUITE THE JOURNEY in my dream. I think the small amount of thc in a sleep gummy allowed me to Astral travel. which I've been practicing. my partner took advantage to find me. He is also here at this time. He discovered how to break out of the matrix and visits me but I am unable to see him. until last night. When I saw him, I knew him on a soul level. I still had amnesia, but he knew I would and we just held each other. we were in a room. and I remember him asking if I could see from a birds eye view and I was floating about half way up. He grabbed my hand so excited and said you're ready let's go. He was going to show me home. We were way out in a large body of water. He said, you can breathe underwater. I was hesitant and on my first attempt I flipped out. He said it's OK, it's the human confusion. it comes along. I must've made it on my 2nd because we were underwater. I was in a futuristic room. it looks like the jedi council in star wars episode 2 Attack of the Clones. There was a man that i gather is of high authority. I don't remember anything he said. there was also a blonde woman. she seemed to hate me. but because I had amnesia she only just had an attitude about her. as if there were bigger fish to fry than argue with someone who has no idea who they are. this blonde said to the authority figure, tell them the REAL reason they are on Earth! Then I must've had a flashback because I saw people panicked and swimming out from buildings frantically and jumping into earth. that's the only part that was in any kind of sequential order. I read that we don't dream in a sequential order. also once I was out of an ordinary dream, I said that I don't want to go back to regular old dreams. his name is Azeer. My name is Haitti but special Characters over the i's. I googled name meanings and they are BOTH Arabic. ive not had a dream where i was SO aware of being aware. if that makes sense. I remember asking, is my body moving in real life? I was aware I had an earthly body and that i could wake Mytch. and I was aware I had Mytch as my husband. I even said to Azeer that he reminds me of Mytch. and Azeer said he agrees that mytch reminds him of himself. I could see me floating above a dream plane.

I wonder if I'm doing healing & spiritual work backwards? 🤔 I want to feel the sound/experience/meditations/breathwork/readings BEFORE I know the basics, names, colors, philosophy, etc. I do this to prevent placebo effect & preconceived notions. Then if it works for me, I'll learn & dive in more. It's like I'm learning backwards which is different for me. Then I wondered if this is remembering? Instead of starting at the beginning like with learning, I'm starting at the end, then learning all of it, then remembering the basics? Is everyone like this or only a Tracy thing? 🙏🏻💖✨🥰🧜🏻‍♀️🐉🌊
