A quick meditation 🧘‍♀️ to close out the work week. Loom, where I am recording these meditations are currently offering free videos for under five minutes. I’m exploring options for making simple videos. My aim is to build a community, as low tech and uncomplicated as possible. While I appreciate technology and use it daily, overall, I hope to make the experience as authentic as possible and accessible for everyone. Loom videos seem to require the least amount of effort to watch if you aren’t subscribed to a platform. If anyone has other suggestions, I’d love to hear them! Thank you 🙏 hari om 🕉️
