There are many facets of arm wrestling and for me it took a long time to figure out what works the best for myself to get to the point where I can slow down a match to learn what is happening
@Caleb Ricks Absolutely. I haven't been arm wrestling very long and am still working on the most effective ways for me to train, but I noticed maybe 6 months ago that if I focused on my back pressure/lock off for a short time (changed my phase programming), it made a large difference. This increased my ability to slow matches down especially when losing to possibly make a comeback or at least realize where my shortcomings are. My hand was ok from the start so I think that is what has led to my success with adding in more lock off strength. Thanks for that comment.
