Who Are You?
Whether you’ve introduced yourself before or you’ve been quietly hanging out in the background… this is your moment. 👉 What to Do Introduce yourself in the comments and share: - Who you are - What you do for a living — not a full pitch, just context - What you personally love, value, or geek out on - What lights you up about being here Important: ❌ No links in this post, please. ✔️ We want to get to know you — the human behind the work. 👉 Then Take a Minute to Connect After you introduce yourself: - Scroll through the comments - See who’s here - Reply directly to at least one person - Share encouragement, resonance, or something you noticed in their intro This community is exploding with new members over the next month — this is your chance to be visible, build relationships, and get rooted in the room. Let’s meet you. Re-introduce yourself or share for the first time. We’re excited to know who’s here. 💛

Hello from a web designer who helps midlife women feel at home online 👋 I’m Tracy — a brand strategist and Squarespace web designer based in the UK. Good to meet you all — Tracy
🪄✨👑 We gave our biz an AI glow-up (and we'll help you do one too)!
There used to be two options for running your business systems: 1) Do it manually. Spreadsheets, sticky notes, Facebook Messenger at 11:30pm (true story) , hoping nothing falls through the cracks. 2) Get "organized." Set up Asana. Build the Notion dashboard. Spend three weekends configuring a system that was designed for a software team, not a solopreneur. Most of us have tried both. Most of us have found neither actually fits. But there's a third option now and it didn't really exist two years ago: You can build something custom. Like TOTALLY custom. Something that fits your business exactly, handles your specific workflow, and adapts to you (not the other way around). We knew this intellectually when we gave ourselves 30 days to make over our business systems with AI. But what surprised us most wasn't how much time we saved — it was how much clearer everything became when we designed a system to match the way we work. And then: the system helped us work even better. 🤯 We didn't anticipate that. And we'll tell you ALL about it. This is what we're teaching inside our session at the Built to Be Seen Summit: how we built it, what it looks like, and how you can do the same thing for your business. 🪄 Steal Our AI Makeover! Monday March 30 7 PT • 10 ET • 4 CET Free inside the summit. See you there. ✨

I love this idea looking forward to it
Small shift. Big difference.
What’s one small shift that’s made the biggest difference in how you show up in your business?

EFT has been quietly transformative for me — it takes the edge off the resistance that used to stop me before I’d even started. From there, showing up online feels less like performance and more like just… being present. Anyone else use it as a business tool rather than just a wellness one?

📚 Learnings
Your free community isn’t the end goal… it’s the starting point.
I see this all the time. People build a free Skool community and think: “Okay… now I just need more members.” But what you’ve actually built is something way more powerful 👇 1. 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁-𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁) Your free community is one of the easiest ways to grow your email list with qualified people… not just random followers. 2. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 Every post, question, and comment is telling you exactly: - what your audience is struggling with - what they’re trying to solve - what they’d actually pay for You don’t need to guess your next offer… it’s already being handed to you. 3. 𝗔𝗻 “𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲” 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 The people engaging in your content?Watching your posts?Clicking but not buying (yet)? That’s your warm audience. You can: - turn high-performing posts into paid offers - reuse your best content in ads - retarget people who already know you (Example: this post, this post, and this post 👀) ____________________________ 👉 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀: Your free community is not the business. It's the engine that feeds your paid ecosystem. So instead of asking:“How do I grow my community?” Start asking:“How is my community helping me generate revenue?” _____________________________ Inside my Monetize Your Skool Community session, we’re going to break down: - how to move from free → paid members - different ways to monetize your community - how to turn engagement into actual sales - and how to position your paid offer so upgrading feels like the obvious next step ______________________________ If you’re building a community right now…this is where things start to click.
Your free community isn’t the end goal… it’s the starting point.
