I want to give a TEDx talk because emotional burnout is an epidemic among high-achieving professionals, yet most people are chasing solutions that don't address the root problem—the invisible beliefs driving their exhaustion and disconnection. For over 20 years, I've lived this transformation and spent the last decade helping others break free from patterns they couldn't even see, and I know this message can create that same breakthrough for thousands more. TEDx is the platform to reach people at their turning point—when they're ready to see burnout not as failure, but as the signal that leads to deeper connection and lasting change.

After a day of headshots and interviews we met over light bites, wine, and my mom’s spaghetti for a little mixer. What an amazing group of volunteer curators and future TEDxThirdWard speakers! I also took the stage at TEDxGreenhouseRoad to give a talk yesterday.
