What runs have you got planned this weekend?
I’m lucky enough to have a nice river close to my house so that’s a regular route for me. I’m behind on my strength training this week so I’m heading to the gym shortly too. Tell me in the comments what your plans are - I’d love to see your photos too!

I've spent the morning on Dartmoor mantrailing with my dog. We both had great fun! Unfortunately no pictures, but I plan a run down to the forestry footpath tomorrow.
How do you manage your training around work?
I’m off to London today, on the 5:15 train and won’t be home til about 10:30pm. I know this will throw my training this week. How do you manage your training around work?

I find training around work difficult. I don't train after work as I don't have the energy. I am strict on my days off and will train as it's my only opportunity to. I train in the morning otherwise I will easily put it off and not do any training. It's one reason I run with my dog so she gets her daily exercise and I get my training in. Although at the moment it's so wet and flooded on the lanes around here that it is making running more of a challenge. Enjoy your day in London.

My dog is certainly my motivator for getting out. 😊
Who has a run planned this weekend?
Mine’s planned for Sunday. Saturday is always a day for shopping and getting straight at home - and getting a dinner ready to come back to after being out running. Which day are you out?

@Gabrielle O'Hare I just go for it. I quite like running in the rain.
This weeks focus - taking action
Last week I shared a lot of information - which was important. This week is all about making changes, to get you on the path to becoming a stronger, faster, leaner runner - and achieving your personal goals. So I want you to do two things and share them in the comments: 1 - identify 2-3 changes you need to make to your training and nutrition 2 - Get clear about how you will make that happen. The second part is the hardest, because it involves changing our routines. But unless we work this out, we’ll stay stuck. This is 100% worth taking 30 mins out of your day for. When you’ve done it share it here and I’ll keep you accountable by checking in with you on Friday to see how you’ve got one.

I am adding more protein into my diet. I'm doing it gradually. My daughter is very good with this so I'm learning from her. I know I need to have a better stretch routine prior to runs so looking back over your post on this and implementing it. Lastly factoring in rest days. Very important for me currently and I did drop a workout last week and my run yesterday felt good.
