I am in love...
With Notion AI. I've been working with Notion AI tonight, and I completed 2 project outlines, created databases to hold the implementation tasks, the assets & copy, and created Skill Pages for them. Then I thought, why not let Notion AI go through my databases and only give me the tasks I need to do today. This works like a charm! It gives me a list with tasks with the links to the actual task, and in this same spot I can work with AI to execute my tasks, and let it switch the status to done, when we are done. And Notion agrees with me about this nice setup LOL Turn the Wheel. 🔄
I am in love...

Is your community self-sustaining yet?
If your community is growing but still depends on you to keep everything moving, that is usually a systems problem, not a motivation problem. I built a free Community Builder Diagnostic that shows which mode your community is operating in: - Chaos - Early Structure - Systemization - Compounding It takes about 3 minutes. At the end, you’ll get a personalized result, your weakest operating areas, and Calm Engine guidance for what to improve next. Take the diagnostic here: https://laurapaulina.com/diagnostic

Introducing Skool Skill Swap
I’m opening a simple experiment for Skool owners who want more proof, more practice, and more useful support from people who understand the Skool ecosystem. It is called Skool Skill Swap. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: You offer one specific skill-based mini-service to another Skool owner. In return, after you deliver the value, they can give you an honest testimonial if it was genuinely useful. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗳𝗼𝗿-𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. It is a structured exchange space where each person brings a clear skill, helps another Skool owner with one focused result, and receives honest proof for work they actually delivered. 𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲. They can help with things like: - Offer clarity - Community onboarding - Engagement rhythm - Landing page feedback - Content hooks - Sales page review - Member activation - Classroom structure - Branding - Tech setup - AI workflows - Launch planning But many people need more testimonials before they feel ready to promote their work more actively. At the same time, Skool owners often need practical help from people who understand the platform, the community model, and the early-stage build process. So this creates a clean exchange: Give useful help. Receive honest proof. Help each other grow. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 Post one specific thing you can help another Skool owner with. Keep it small, clear, and useful. F̲o̲r̲ ̲e̲x̲a̲m̲p̲l̲e̲:̲ “I’ll review your Skool onboarding flow and give you 5 specific improvements.” “I’ll rewrite your Skool About section so the value is clearer.” “I’ll map a 7-day engagement rhythm for your community.” “I’ll review your offer and give you one clearer positioning angle.” Other Skool owners can then reply or message you if they want to exchange. You both agree on the scope before starting. After the work is delivered, the receiver can give an honest testimonial if the exchange helped. The testimonial should be real, specific, and based on the value received. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Day 1: The Foundation (clarity + setup)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. The five tasks today give your community structure people can understand in minutes: • a clear promise (so the right people know they belong), • a “Start Here” pin (so nobody feels lost), • a single first action (so new members move instead of lurk), • a weekly anchor (so engagement becomes predictable), • and one evergreen asset (so value is visible even when you are not posting). Do these and the rest of the sprint gets lighter. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1) Write your 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 in one sentence: - “This community helps so you can .” 2) Create (or revisit) your ‘𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’ 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻. 3) Create (or revisit) your 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻: one clear first action for new members. 4) Choose your 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿: - Name it - Pick the day it happens 5) Create one 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 + 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: - Clarity Guide or - Action Framework or - Tool / Template 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow:
